Gemspire

Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains what information Gemspire Digital Agency (“we”) collects through gemspirebd.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your email address, your name (if you give it), the services you pick, your timeline and your message.

To stop spam, we also keep a one-way coded version of your internet connection’s address (IP address). It cannot be turned back into your real address.

We never ask for payment details, passwords or ID documents on this website.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or tracking tools, and we do not set cookies for visitors. The only cookie on this site is a security cookie for our own admin login.

We never sell, rent or trade your information.

How we use your information

Only to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your project.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Messages are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and travel over encrypted HTTPS connections. Only Gemspire team members with the admin password can read them.

How long we keep it

We keep a message while we are talking with you about your project, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to. Spam-protection records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Other services this website uses

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website.

Google Fonts provides the typefaces, so your browser connects to Google to load them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
